Theme: Japanese sister schools open applications for 2016 summer vacation Japanese short courses

Description:

1. Our school’s Japanese sister school, Tokyo Hosei University, will provide self-funded Japanese language and cultural exchange courses for students from July 4 to July 15, 2016. The course content and fee calculation are detailed in the brochure.

2. Deadline: 12:00 on April 20, 2016. Submit the information to the International Forum (after the on-campus preliminary review, applicants who are admitted in the preliminary review are asked to apply online on the school’s online application website).

3. Quota: 2

(After passing the initial review on campus, it still needs to be reviewed by the other party. As long as the scores reach a certain threshold, you will have the opportunity to obtain scholarships provided by Japan) 

4. Information required for application:

1. Parent or guardian consent form (please go to the International Exchange Study→Form Download Center to download)

2. Passport photocopy

3. Transcripts over the years (English version, university department must include class ranking)

4. Proof of Japanese language proficiency (it is not necessary to have a certificate, as long as you have proof that you have taken one semester of Japanese language courses)

5. Other documents favorable for review (within 2 years) 

5. Application Qualifications: Applicants who are not fresh graduates of our school and have served as international study companions, goodwill ambassadors and those who have not participated in short-term exchange activities will be given priority. The evaluation method will be based on school performance accounting for 50% and other favorable documents 50%.
