Registration for summer English courses ends on 5/6

 
 
Purpose: If you want to take English courses in the summer, please go toMay 6, 105 (Friday)beforeRegister at the language center, please check.

Description: 
1. It shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the school's "Key Points for Starting Summer Classes".


2. The registration subjects are: "English Communication Practice (1)"、"English Communication Practice (2)」、"Vocabulary and Reading (1)"、"Vocabulary and Reading (2)"、"Advanced Reading"、"Learn English"and"Specialized English Reading",The SectionIf more than 5 people are registered,Starting from the summer semester system.

3. The relevant instructions for starting the course are as follows:
(1)If the number of students attending the course is less than 15 (but the number of students is more than 5 and less than 15,This does not apply to students who are willing to share the tuition fees for 15 students.)Or the department is unable to arrange anyThose who are not teachers will not be allowed to start classes.
(2) Summer coursesClass starts 6 weeks, teaching 3 times a week, on July 11 (Monday)Classes will start and end on August 21st (Sunday) in principle.Students may not take more than 8 credits of courses;If the on-the-job course is a 9-week course，Classes are held twice a week, starting on July 9th (Saturday) and September 4th (Sunday)The end is the principle.
(3) Students taking courses should pay credit fees. The fee calculation standard for each credit is:University department: engineering: 1,092 yuan, business: 1,019 yuan, literature: 1,007 yuan.Postgraduate students: 1,540 yuan; master’s degree in-service courses: 4,621 yuan.
(4)Summer course announcement: May 18th, system course selection:From May 23 to May 27, print the payment slip and pay by yourself:June 13th to June 22nd. Those who fail to pay within the deadline will be deemed as not having chosen the course.Online course selection information will be deleted directly.
(5) Courses currently being taken this semester and required courses not yet taken,No one is allowed to choose courses in the system;The courses already taken during the summer semester cannot be pre-selected as 105 Academic Year first semester courses at the same time.
(6) Manual additional selection: From June 27th to July 7th, students will hold the "Summer Additional Selection Course Selection Form"After receiving the signature and approval of the teacher and the department to which he/she belongs, go to the cashier section to pay the fee.The additional selection form must be returned to the teaching team to complete the summer course selection.
(7) If the student is unable to complete the course for any reason after paying the fee,Before the teaching hours have reached half of the full semester (July 29),If you apply to withdraw from the program with the consent of the teacher and department chair, the credit fees paid will not be refunded.Each student is limited to withdrawing from one subject, and "Withdrawal" will be noted in the scoring column of the previous years' transcripts.words.
