3. Please submit the credit application form one by one to the school teachers for review and signature, and send it to the supervisor of the department for review and seal. 4. In principle, each person can only apply once, and can apply according to the schedule specified in the calendar after the start of each semester. No credits will be claimed for subjects taken after admission.
