Notice from the Academic Affairs Office~Graduates please fill in the certificate online and use your English name
1. In order to produce an English degree certificate, students who are expected to graduate this semester (105.1) should enter the single entrance service website (https://webapp.yuntech.edu.tw/YunTechSSO/Account/Login) from now until December 15, click on the Academic Affairs Information System->My Student Status->Modify Communication Information option, and enter or correct the English name (must be based on the English name on the passport. The English name format is as follows: Wang, Two-Three The first English letter of the English surname and first name should be capitalized, add "," after the surname and leave a space followed by the given name).
2. If you have not corrected or entered your English name within the time limit and need to receive an English degree certificate, please go to the Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office in person with the English name on your passport and prepare your own return envelope (A4 envelope with the recipient’s name and address and affixed with a 30 yuan registered stamp). The English degree certificate will be sent out after the entire batch of replacement is completed.
