The third wave of AI-based intelligence has become a major focus of national policy, and the development of smart cities is linked to the development of the urban and rural communities’ intellectual links. The future will be informed by artificial intelligence to reach intellectual life, safe transport, health surveillance, smart-based construction, green energy communities and smart supermarkets.
