    (i) The form of application:

    (ii) Date of issue: 30 September 108, after 10 a.m., to the respective department/office.
    (iii) The number of applicants exceeding the number of Academic Year student parking cards is determined by a drawing (date of the drawing): 25 September 108, 11 a.m., at the conference room of the Department of Education.
