The grant was based on the amendment of the first Executive Council of Academic Year on September 17, 108, 108, 108, to conform to the current actual distribution of the costs and to change its name to "National Youth University of Science and Technology Awarding the point of reference for the organization of the International Scientific Research and Development Conference".
