1. Qualifications: students from universities and colleges
   • You can cross-college groups (open number of people per team) and select any school member to sign up.
   • Including day and night, Dr. Shang, in-service class.
   • Students who graduated in 107 may also attend.
2. Film theme: Good, Good, Love
3. Video length: 3-30 minutes recommended
4. Film form: Unlimited forms and techniques (story, animation, documentary... , all types of films can be shown)
5. Video format: HD above, MOV or MP4 files
6. Photography tools: open-ended, mobile-phone filming

Organisation

1. The competition.
   • Microfilm Name (20 words)
   • Story short.
   • Full and 30 seconds, file Google Cloud Link (must open the loading permissions and the host unit)
   • One on the cover, three on the cover, three on the job.
2. Team Data
   • Team name (20 words)
   • On behalf of the school.
   • Team members (name, school, faculty, cell phone number, email, Line account, self-presentation - 500 words, work schedule, certificate of graduation from school or 107 years, personal work photo 3)
   • Male and female lead - non-student (name, cell phone number, email, Line account, self-presentation 500 words)
3. I'm going to the film.
   • Scan as PDF file after downloading, filling, signing
