According to the highlights and the summary of the campaign for the Ministry of Education's "National Technical College Student's Professionals' Fair of 2021", the number of names to be submitted is limited to 60, distributed by the Department according to the number of students in each faculty and the number of participants in the previous year: 22 engineering schools, 5 management schools, 23 design schools, 5 humanities schools and 5 future colleges.
2. The applicants are accepted only for applications from the Academy and not from the students concerned, due to the limited number of applicants. If there are more entries, please list the numbers in order and increase their number depending on the status of the other schools.
III. Qualifications:
(i) Students in technical colleges and universities (including graduates, 4-technics, 2-technics, 5-professionals, day-care centres and advanced departments) are the main subjects, except for graduate students in master ' s and doctoral programmes.
(ii) Participation in the original works is prohibited from being copied; the work of the previous competition (2021), which was registered for 2019, is not allowed, and the right to participate is revoked if the subject is found to be in fact or is otherwise identified.
(iii) Each work must be directed by one or more teachers and one or more students; at least one teacher shall be recommended by the school teacher, and students shall be restricted to those recommended by the school.
(iv) Each student is restricted to one piece of work, please confirm that he or she is participating in the project and do not repeat his or her name.
IV. The dates of the nomination will be from Wednesday, 24 February, to Friday, 19 March, 110. To improve the quality of the competition, the courts are requested to assist in the selection and recommendation process, along with documentation of the selection process.
For the purpose of providing work, please submit documents recommending the entries and the selection records to the R & D office for subsequent submission by 12 noon on Tuesday, 16 March 2003.
VI. Documents submitted for the competition (including CD-ROM 1 from the electronic file of each college):
(i) A copy of the certificate of approval: a copy of the document, which is to be used as a computer, and the entire body of the participants (including the instructional teacher) is to sign and be certified by the Director of the Department.
(ii) A table of entries: it contains a list of students who have been given a special title to the competition, a list of the students who have been given a special title to the competition, a table of the teachers who have been given the title of the competition, a summary of the entries, etc., and a form of electronic data files, which are to be recorded on diskette and filled in as an EXCEL file.
(iii) Reports of research on works: The summaries and the contents are limited to 11 pages (without cover and reference), which are inadmissible if they exceed the established rules. The rules for naming works: (group) (serial number) -- (school name) -- (script name), e.g. A01-National Yunin University of Science and Technology -- name of the work. The WORD file and one copy of the PDF file (reproduced on disk) do not require the paper file.
