Publicity

I. Requests for attention:

(i) Open dormitories: D3 for boys, B3 for girls, air conditioning.

(ii) Application and payment date: 3 May 110 (i) until 21 May 110 (v) 16.

(iii) Summer bed list announcement: 31 May 110 (i).

(iv) Summer accommodation period: from 27 June 110 to 1 September 110, for 66 days.

(v) Fee method: 64 yuan per person per day ($7,955 for total school term excluding cleaning fees/124 days) calculated on the basis of the accommodation requirement, and 4,724 yuan (66 days) and 500 yuan (100 for key, 100 for clean-up and 300 for public goods) in total, regardless of the number of days of applying for accommodation. (Cross cards are purchased at the mail centre, and the unused is registered as refund; accommodation is free of cleaning costs, and the accommodation is provided for the accommodation).

(vi) Payment instructions:

1. After completing the registration and examination of the general summer boarding register by the respective departments, the student is requested to pay the fees for the group by the time of the application for the original application form (with a deposit receipt) and the payment of the principal certificate of the cashier ' s stamp to the student dormitories service centre, which will arrange the bed.

2. The application for summer accommodation (which still requires a deposit of $500) is free of charge for low-income clients, based on a financial confidentiality measure, who may complete the application and fee process without passing a shift and be transferred to the residential service centre by 16 hours on 21 May 110.

Students who are staying during summer holidays are referred to the heads of departments and the teachers of the classes for occasional care.

3. The rules for summer accommodation, student application forms and the general summer registration of students are available for downloading from the website of the Institute.

4. The entire district of the summer dormitories will be undergoing electrical and hydraulic repairs (already announced) and cleaning companies will perform the general cleaning. If you cannot accept this, do not apply for summer accommodation.

V. If there are special reasons for applying for summer leave, please contact the student dormitory service centre by 25 June. All applicants must be subject to the 1st point of the dormitory and have their application not refunded (refunds including accommodation and security).

6. In the summer holidays, the prevention of pneumonia must be accompanied by measures such as daily measurements of temperature and health, and the applicant must cooperate.
