The application for accommodation for the Academic Year summer camp has been open since 3 May to provide limited space for temporary accommodation to avoid a diversion.
2. Camp accommodation is available: 5 July 110 (i) to 8 August 110 (The last day of the school day is 27 June, and the first week after the leave is a week of clean-up and disinfection, without the camping team applying.
III. Application process:
(i) Please download the "Standing in-house accommodation application form" and send it to the dormitory service centre, and stop accepting the application on 21 May 110.
(ii) As the new coronary pneumonia epidemic is not known, apply for a camp team to provide emergency response measures for the sick medical staff in case of emergency, which require a camp team process, a staff contact channel and a medical expert with medical judgement capability to provide medical counselling in case of emergency.
IV. Costs associated with camp accommodation:
(i) A daily accommodation fee of $150 per person (which already includes basic air conditioning) and, if the camp is using more than the basic air conditioning cost, a separate air-conditioning card will be purchased and no bed utensils will be provided.
(ii) Each room (4) is allocated a set of keys and a temporary card, which must be returned in full after checking out. If damage or loss is incurred: $100 each for the key, $100 each for the cooling card, $250 each for the temporary card, and an estimate of other public damage.
(iii) A charge of $500 per household for disinfection (excluding cleaning), which will be requested by the unit to be sterilized by the cleaners prior to the operation.
5. To strengthen the prevention of pneumonia, the camp must cooperate with the school ' s preventive measures during its campaign, such as providing a complete list of staff (academics and workers), filling out a "self-reported health watch" before the participants are admitted, measuring temperature (defunctly) and landing on the ground on a daily basis.
