1. Application for eligibility: By March 3, 112, the school system showed the person who had completed the registration fee and was not a resident, and had a valid car driver ' s license and car driver ' s license, which was first distributed to the spring class students (attendance in February), and if there was any additional students who had joined the fall class (attendance in September).
II. Duration of application: from 8 a.m. on 13 February 112 to 5 p.m. on 3 March 112.
