III. INSTITUTIONS
(i) Participation:
Young people aged 1.18-35 who are nationals of the Republic of China (born between 1 January 77 and 31 December 1994)
Participants need to have English language competence (detailed) qualifications, focus on the forum and actively engage in discussions and exchanges.
3. Students from economically disadvantaged families (middle- and low-income households) who do not have the above-mentioned documents for the English proficiency certificate have been able to replace the equivalent certificate with the English-language certificate for the last year ' s school English-language certificate and the English-language teacher ' s recommendation.

Online registration, from now until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 20 September, to iYouth Youth International Dream Platform (YYP)http://iyouth.youthhub.twThe website will be used to provide information on the registration and download the form (detailed in annex III to the short copy), and post it on the platform. Please complete the online listing and upload the relevant documents to complete the registration process.
(iii) Selection and procedure
1. An eligibility review based on the data submitted, without any further notification of the lack of qualifications or the lack of full reporting, or with regard to the selection process.
The list of candidates is expected to be announced in mid-October on the iYouth Youth International Dream Platform.
