Four. Proposal:

After assessing the demand for services, the person who has implemented the viable service proposal or has achieved results is asked to take a look at the social needs or services of the population.

(1)    The government has limited its services to the urban areas, vulnerable groups (such as children, elderly people living alone, etc.).

2. SDGs 4–Quality education: using summer holidays and the middle school term, primary and middle school schools in the countryside of Yun Lin County are offered free of charge to students in secondary and secondary schools to attend training courses, courses, subject education, etc.
