111-1 Dr. Wang Chiu Hsiung Emeritus has started applying for a grant for the German exchange.

The main theme is: to expand the international perspective of students at the school, to reward the outstanding students for studying in German and Japanese foreign schools, and to deepen their academic exchanges and enhance international competitiveness.
II. Qualification:
(i) The Institute is required to apply for a student at the university level, where the student is enrolled or has a first term or more.
(ii) A graduate shall apply for an extension of his or her years of study for a maximum period of one year if the student has been approved by his or her own school to exchange for the exchange. The application for leave is not subject to revocation.
(iii) No student in a professional class shall be entitled to the grant.
(iv) A national of the Republic of China and domiciled in Taiwan.
(v) No study grants have been received or repeated from the Government budget or from other institutions.
(vi) The recipient shall study at institutions, schools and institutions in Germany or Japan and shall meet one of the following requirements:
1. A memorandum of cooperation for exchange and study with the school is signed and recommended for adoption in the primary election.
2. In accordance with their respective areas of study, each German and Japanese research unit shall be selected, and, if it goes to a co-educational exchange school not signed by the school, it shall be obliged to prepare a register of foreign universities for the Ministry of Education and send documents confirming the institution, school or school ' s consent to study to the International Service for examination.
III. Conditions of application:
1. Requires international certification of non-linguistic proficiency and meets standards for exchange schools
The class ranks top 50 per cent and scores above 80 per cent.
3. Comply with the eligibility rules for exchange schools.
4. The duration of the scholarship: the recipient must be a German, Japanese institution, and the duration of the school study should be at least one semester, up to a maximum of one year.
V. ACCOUNTS TO BE ATTENTION
(i) The recipient shall perform his duties: he shall, during the course of his studies in Germany or Japan, perform the following:
1. University Department: 3 grades or equivalent to 6-9 credits (ECTS 18 credits in the European Union) per semester, each with a grade above B.
Institute: (ix)
(1) The course of two or equivalent credits of 4 to 8 (ECTS 12 credits in the European Union) shall be taught every semester, each with a pass.
(2) Shall be involved in research projects by at least one university professor.
VI. The award:
(i) The recipient shall refund his or her scholarship if he or she:
1. Persons who have dropped out of school or have dropped out of school.
Failure to complete the academic career.
3. Other scholarship recipients.
4. The application was made in the form of false false identification.
Failure to comply with the relevant obligations.
Perpetrators of local criminal law.
(ii) Except in respect of one of the following:
1. The award of a scholarship does not allow for the fulfilment of obligations resulting from the loss of life or the loss of limbs and minds as a result of accidents or illness.
2. The award of the scholarship is suspended for reasons of source of funds and the recipient is exempted from his duties and the award has been made without compensation.
VII. Submission of data:
1. Submission of documents
2. Grant application form
3. Application report (without a specific format, including reasons for application, the scheduled course of study abroad and relevance to current studies)
4. Chinese grades (including annual certificates)
5. Chinese autobiography
6. Certification of language proficiency
7. Other data for favourable scrutiny (good performance in the last two years or beyond, and award certificates, etc.)
