The School of Management regularly conducts 2 to 4 weeks of overseas teaching during winter and summer vacations every year. Through overseas study, it cultivates students' international macro-perspectives, promotes exchanges between international academic research and teaching institutions, and enhances students' international competitive advantages.

The College of Management holds Learning Away From Home Program for 2-4 weeks during winter and summer vacation every year. Through learning abroad students can not only expand their horizon, improve advantage of students’ international competitive but also promote the interaction between international academic research and educational institution.

Every year, the dean of our school leads management students to India for a 14-16-day study tour. In addition to school exchanges, the study program also arranges visits to major companies in India, including electricity, application development, media, food, machinery, private hospitals and international children's villages. They also go deeper into the local business district and visit India's Golden Triangle.

The students of College of Management participate in the workshop in India for 14-16 days, which is leading by Dean Jen Suei, Chen every year. The workshop involves academic events and cooperation visiting, including power, application development, media, food industry, machinery, hospital and International Children Village. Moreover, students explore local business district and travel around Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
