Respectfully forward to point 4 of "The Ministry of Education's Handling Procedures and Punishment Standards for Violations of the Gender Equality Education Act", which has been revised and released by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan Education (3) No. 1040174118B on February 15, 2015. Please refer to it.

Explanation: The amendment to Point 4, Item 9 of this penalty criterion is to address the fact that "school principals, teachers, staff or public friends are aware of suspected campus sexual assault, sexual harassment or sexual bullying at the service school and fail to report it to the school and the local municipality, county (city) competent authority in accordance with the rights and responsibilities specified in the school's prevention and control regulations". The criteria for imposing penalties based on the circumstances of the violation and the penalty criteria are as follows:

(1) Moderately relax the delay time measurement, with the upper limit adjusted from 96 hours (4 days) to 168 hours (7 days).

(2) Delay in notification occurs within 2 months from the day after the employee takes office: In view of the fact that the new employee does not have the legal notification ability, the punishment will be reduced.

(3) The delay is less than 168 hours, and there is a reported emergency or Class A incident during the period: According to the current school security reporting level, suspected campus sexual assault, sexual harassment or sexual bullying is a Class B incident. If there is an emergency or Class A incident, it should be handled with priority. Considering the urgency of the reporting personnel's response on campus, the punishment will be reduced.

(4) A social affairs notification has been made and other relevant units have intervened to deal with it: it is considered that the purpose of the notification is to deal with the incident seriously, and the social affairs notification has been made and it is clear that there is no intention to hide it, the punishment will be reduced.
