This degree program focuses on the development of students' international horizons and the cultivation of mobility capabilities in order to comply with the trend of international competition and to cultivate professional management talents for international business operations. Over the years, we have made great efforts to develop the four major parts of sister school exchanges, on-site teaching, overseas industrial internships, and cultivating international cultural literacy. The results have been fruitful. The number of participating students has increased year by year. From the original class of each class10%promoted to40%, students have benefited a lot and have been recognized by parents.
In order to expand students' horizons, this program has adopted a positive attitude since its inception, recommending students to exchange studies at sister schools overseas. Accumulated to this year, more than40students went to Japan, the United States, the Netherlands, etc.8Exchange studies at overseas sister schools in different countries, such as Fukui University in Japan, Pittsburgh State University in the United States, Usong University in South Korea and Seoul Institute of Technology, Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany, Valencia University of Technology in Spain, Vilnius University in Lithuania, Sichuan University in Mainland China, Tongji University in Mainland China, Southeast University in Mainland China, Chongqing University in Mainland China and other well-known universities, each class is about22%The above students will conduct exchange studies. During the exchange period, not only can students improve their professional abilities, but they can also expand their international horizons through exchange activities with students from other countries. In addition to recommending students to exchange with sister schools, this program also arranges for students to study in India and the University of Rhode Island in the United States.2~4Zhou Zhi's relocation teaching not only improves students' language skills by studying with local students and visiting companies and exchange activities, but also allows students to experience different cultures and become more familiar with the operations of companies or schools in other countries.
In addition, this program also plans students to go to overseas industrial internships to understand the needs of enterprises through local internships. since99Starting from this year, this program has received subsidies from the Ministry of Education's "Learning and Building Dreams" Overseas Professional Internship Program every year, and has actively arranged for students to go to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany and other countries for corporate internships. The cooperative manufacturers include Yongxin Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd., Donglin Technology Co., Ltd., Zhengxin Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. and Yuqi International Co., Ltd., and the industries include medical, technology and traditional manufacturing. In the professional curriculum planning, not only the core courses of this program are taught entirely in English; foreign visiting professors are invited to teach every academic year, and content to cultivate international perspectives is added, such as international current trends, emerging market analysis, cross-cultural communication, international business communication and other courses. Enhance students’ cultural acumen through curriculum design and cultivate their future international competitiveness. Before the end of their freshman year, all first-year students must hold an international expo and share and communicate with visiting teachers and students in Chinese and English. Through activity design, students can truly apply what they have learned in management to achieve the teaching goals of integrating learning with application and combining theory and practice.
In June this year, the School of Management signed a dual academic system with the University of North Alabama State University in the United States to continue to strengthen the practice of international mobility, allowing all students to take the step to change the world through study, exchange and internship abroad.
