(1) Application qualifications---

The recipients of this scholarship are citizens of the Republic of China. Those whose families are poor must have a low-income household certificate issued by the county and city government (not a certificate of poverty issued by the neighborhood chief).And in the low-income household member column of the low-income household certificate，Print the student's name), and domiciled in Hsinchu County and City, currently studying in day-time departments of public and private universities and colleges across the country (including universities, colleges, universities of science and technology, and technical colleges) (excluding publicly funded students, graduate students, part-time students, and students in further education departments) or students not domiciled in Hsinchu County and City but studying in Hsinchu Students in the day departments (excluding public students, graduate students, part-time students and students in the continuing education department) of county and city public and private universities and colleges (including universities, colleges, universities of science and technology, and technical colleges) with an average subject score and performance score of 75 or above in the previous semester can apply.

(2) Application for certificates---

1. Application form
2. The original copy of the “low-income household” certificate issued by the government
3. A copy of the household register or a copy of the household registration
4. Certificate of enrollment or photocopy of student ID card (for those who have student status)
5. Original academic transcript and performance transcript of the previous semester
6. A clear copy of the applicant's bank or post office account cover (with seal and signature)
   (If the conditions are met, remittance will be used to transfer money directly to the applicant’s account)

(3)Amount of scholarship---

RMB 5,000 per student per semester, 100 places (a total of 200 students in the first and second semesters throughout the year)

(4) Application deadline---

The last semester starts from September 1st to September 30th every year, and the scholarship list will be announced on October 31st.
The next semester starts from March 1st to March 31st every year, and the scholarship list will be announced on April 30th.

(5) Application method---

Students who meet the application qualifications should send the scholarship review team of the "Chang Yi Cultural and Educational Foundation", 12th Floor, No. 417, Section 2, Gongdao 5th Road, 30069, Hsinchu City, within the application period. The postmark is required.

(6) Qualification determination and announcement---

1. If the number of projects that pass the review exceeds the scholarship quota in this measure, the review team will draw lots. 2. Applicants whose application deadline is exceeded, whose documents are incomplete, whose grades do not meet the standards, or who have other qualification incompetences will not be reviewed. Documents attached to the application will not be returned.

(7) Distribution method and time
