2. Organizer: Tianlai Culture and Arts Foundation
Participation and Purpose: To provide scholarships for outstanding students in difficult circumstances to help students successfully complete their studies.
4. Funding source: Mr. Jiang Chaorui’s designated donation from the Tianlai Culture and Arts Foundation.
5. Application method: Fill out the application form in detail and prepare relevant documents to submit to the foundation for application.
Lu, Quota: 12 places in total, NT$50,000 each.
7. Application qualifications: Applicants who have all the following five qualifications
(1) Students in bachelor's or master's programs with the nationality of the Republic of China.
(2) The average academic score in the previous semester was 75 points or above, and no subjects failed.
(3) The conduct score is 82 points (A grade) or above, and there is no bad record.
(4) The financial situation is indeed difficult and affects the continued study, and there is concrete proof.
(5) Not working full-time, not enjoying military or public education exemptions, other public subsidies, or receiving other scholarships and bursaries.
8. Application date: Starting from February 15, 2019, to March 1, 2018, the deadline for receipt (postmark is required).

9. Documents due: Applicants who exceed the application deadline, have incomplete documents, do not meet the standards, or have other circumstances that do not meet the application qualifications will not be reviewed without further notice. Documents attached to the application will not be returned.

(2) One original copy of transcripts from universities and graduate classes (please apply to the school)
(3) Proof of enrollment (please apply to the school)
(4) Proof of not enjoying military, public and educational exemptions, public subsidies and other scholarships and bursaries (please stamp by the department chair)
(5) Transcript of household registration (please bring your ID card and seal to the household registration office to apply)
(6) An autobiography in Chinese within 1,000 words.
(7) A copy of the cover of the applicant’s remittance passbook.

(4) The conduct score is 82 points (A grade) or above, and there is no bad record.
(5) The financial situation is indeed difficult and affects the continued study, and there is concrete proof.
(6) Not enjoying exemptions or exemptions for military, public and educational purposes or public subsidies.
