The relevant regulations for the car parking permit application for 105 Academic Year students of our school:
1. Applicant qualifications:
(1) Non-resident students in our university’s undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs must hold a valid driver’s license
(2) Those who are students of our school’s on-the-job master’s program and hold valid driving licenses and driving licenses shall use B and driving licenses.
2. Application notes:
(1) If the number of applicants for student car parking (pass) passes exceeds the number of student parking spaces in this Academic Year, the decision will be made by drawing lots.
(2) Application date: August 24, 2020 (Tuesday) to September 21, 2019 (Wednesday) at 5 p.m.
(3) Application method:
1. Online application: Those who are applying for Academic Year (104 Academic Year) and using the original vehicle please go to the website (https://goo.gl/forms/Pd1ERMl1xRg8TGH13) Fill in the personal information and submit it to complete the application.
2. Paper submission application: Students who do not meet the online application requirements should go to the website of the Military Training Section of the Academic Affairs Office to download and print the application form (such as attachments 1 and 2), and attach a copy of the student ID card, driver's license and driving license (if you have applied in the above Academic Year but have changed cars, just paste the driving license) and submit it to the Department Office for collection. Please collect all the systems and submit them to the Military Training Section before 15:00 on September 22 (Tuesday).
(4) Duplicate applications (including using the same car) are not allowed, otherwise the application qualification will be cancelled.
(5) Lot drawing date: 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020; Lot drawing location: Academic Affairs Office conference room.
(6) The list of successful applicants will be announced on the website of the Military Training Section of the Academic Affairs Office of our school.
(7) Certificate issuance date: Collect it from the department office after 9:00 on September 25, 2020 (Friday)
(8) Those who obtain the certificate must abide by the school's on-campus car driving and parking regulations. If there are any violations, they will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant school regulations. Please keep the car certificate properly. If it is lost, it will not be reissued.
