The Shanghai Education Foundation Awards for the Whale in 2017 supported 300 outstanding and positive students in overcoming their plight. This year, we will launch the Second Sea Whale Awards, which will be supplemented by the University of the University of the Sea's qualification for "extension of the Bachelor's degree programme", and the "new scholarship for the Shanghai Science and Technology Foundation" to encourage young people with a high interest in science and technology to actively research and develop their scientific fields, and to use science to change social problems and help humanity as a whole!
The conditions for applying for a scholarship are:
I. Subject: Students with academic qualifications who are in the Chinese Republic and who attend the day-time and entry-level bachelor ' s degree courses at the National College of Higher Studies (excluding the first three years of their studies) and who are in the course of their professional years (excluding extension students, air universities, in-service courses, institutes, doctoral classes, class-segregated students, etc.) have an average of over 70 points in the previous academic year ' s academic achievement at the time of application
II. NAME: PLAYING (the lead office reserves the right to have access to the status of the application)
III. EQUIPMENT: Each student selected will receive a total of ten thousand yuan.
Zhanghai Science and Technology Award application:
I. ENDORS: Chinese nationals, who are studying at the University of Higher Studies in China and abroad, graduate doctorate, have an average of 80 points (including) in academic years, and must provide guidance professors with consent to study and research programmes, research and development programmes in the direction of "unicable, mobile, material, great, intellectual, cyber+ robots."

III. ELEMENTS: Each award-winning student will be paid a sum of $1 million.
