4. If you are a new student (a freshman, etc.) and you are not a student at your school at the time of obtaining a certificate, you will be able to get a new student.This is why you may not apply for incentives.
5. This is an extension of the deadline for applying for an award and no further filing of a certificate.

III. Diffusion of documentation in languages, professions and information, etc.Same application periodThe same kind of license can only be awarded once.。
       (For example, two professional license awards are being submitted, and only one will be approved. I'm not sure.

For the protection of student rights,On the other hand, the university's department is examining the certificates to see whether the data has been reviewed for the various school years.

V. Incentives:

1. The money is transferred directly from the school cashier's team to the bank account (expected in early December).Please go to the school cashier system to create bank accounts.
