Step 1, get your papers.

1. Period: 19 February - 16 March 109, no more applications for awards due for the late submission of certificates.

Step 2, forensics.

3. The application is based on a distinction between the language, professional and information types, but only once the same type of certificate is awarded during the same application period.

V. Incentives:

1. The school cashiers' group is sending money directly to the recipient bank account (expected in early May) and is required to establish bank accounts in the school cashier's system.
