The project is designed to provide a comprehensive study of the environment and sustainable energy resources of the Netherlands, including education, engineering, management, design, legal and policy studies, university studies and environmental issues.

To make Taiwan a sustainable development, the Tédachal Educational and Educational Foundation has been offering a Dahai Holland scholarship since 2005, encouraging outstanding people to study in the Netherlands and to work together in different professional domains to find solutions to the environmental problems facing the planet.

The Tédéra Educational Foundation has sponsored more than 80 students to study in the country over the past decade, and has worked in different areas to promote the Taiwan environment since their return to the country.

This year, the TDF has commissioned the Li Kuo-Ding Science and Technology Development Fund to conduct a scholarship application, which will be open from April 30, 2021 (see the list of candidates, which is not accepted), and the student student award of $250,000 each, depending on the year in which the grant is applied.

This year's award is for student students.
