I. The project is based on letter No. 1111007557 dated 22 March 1999 from the National University of the Gulf of Taiwan.
ii. The development of the foreign language and international mobility of teachers and students is supported by the National Policy for the Bilingual Language 2030 and the need for new foreign language skills and diversity, and for a rich student to study the curriculum.
The aim of this competition is to strengthen students' professional English literacy to foster excellence and to develop better English-language skills through "sympathetic education", "sympathetic education" and "symphony-driven sex" and to enhance English-language proficiency and English literacy, as well as international competitiveness and mobility, to foster excellence in the two languages of the Yun Lin County.
