The recent attempts by Southeast Asian criminal groups to work in simple jobs, without experience, without accommodation, with the advantage of short-term work by our youth, and to restrict their personal freedom, human rights abuses and the local environment, lack of public authority or borders, have significantly affected the relief effort.

2. Schools are invited to prevent and combat the fraud of high-paid workers abroad by making stronger calls for greater publicity, including through multiple channels and student self-government organizations.
