I. The purpose of the event is to promote the beauty of reading and enjoying images of the arts in Taiwan, to encourage Japanese-speaking students to express their skills in their language, to expand their fields of study, to read the field of view and to promote cultural exchanges on the platform.

III. Qualifications: The National College of Universities and Universities is a college student with Chinese nationality.

The competition has shown that the contestants chose a Taiwan-based comic book and introduced it in Japanese. The competitions are in the three stages of the first, the first and the last. The first stage of the campaign will be selected first by the voice file of the submitee. The first contest was conducted in Japan, where the bibliobattle competition was conducted, a group of groups were drawn to speak Japanese and a vote was taken to select the title. The contest was divided into a lecture contest by the winner of the "Counter of Champions" from the first round, and the top three were selected after a review and online audience voting.
VI. Winners:
(i) First place: Japanese 4-day 3-night comic strip Holy Land tour, prize paper.
(ii) Second place: $8,000 in prize money and paper.
(iii) Third prize of $5,000, ceremonial paper.
(iv) A human spirit prize of $3,000, a prize of paper.
