No qualification is granted to students who retain their qualifications, leave school, transfer, transfer, drop out or continue their studies; no application may be made if they meet the criteria for continuing their application.

Three.Time and procedure for application：Monday, 11 September, through Friday, 22 September 112The online application for the award of a merit-based scholarship is posted and printed in the bookbook of the study certificate and the supporting documentation. The school registration is a related process. The application for a scholarship for outstanding academic results cannot be processed until the above procedure has been completed.
