First step (morning): 15 October 113 (ii) from 09:00 to 11:30).
Second step (morning): 16 October 113 (iii) will be from 09:00 to 11:30.
Location: Before water purification.
III. Information on auctions:

The auction is for students and students with limited school qualifications.

One purchase is limited to $100 each.

The number plates are issued on the spot and are selected by 10 persons at a time, until they are sold out.

The time spent on the process is 10 minutes, and the time spent on completing the purchasers is considered to be a waiver.
