First, the forum was launched by the Ocean Committee, in collaboration with the United States of America at the Association ' s Gao-Hung branch, to encourage young people around the world to use marine elements and innovative ideas to address the risks and challenges facing the oceans. Since the first event in 2019, nearly 800 participants from 24 countries, namely Asia, Oceania, Europe, Africa, Latin America, have joined the ranks of the ocean. The goal of sustainable development of the oceans is to increase ocean resilience through more young students from both within and outside the country who are expected to participate in the process of making proposals, making practical and making ideas possible.
This year, the theme of "Action for the Future, Youth for the Oceans" was "Clean the Sea," "Safe Ocean", "Smart United of the Ocean" and "Wise for the Future" with the theme "Youth in Action, Team Ocean" and the theme "Screen Ocean" with the theme "Youth in Action, Team" and "Scene Ocean", with the theme "Smart United of the Ocean" and the theme "Young people are expected to be able to use innovative ideas, big data and "A" to cover the natural sciences and social humanities and art layers across national boundaries, and to propose a solution to the ocean's crisis.
