((v) Fees: 64 yuan per person per day ($7,955 for total school term excluding cleaning fees/124 days) and 4,480 yuan (70 days) and $500 for security payments (including 120 dollars for key, 300 yuan for cleaning up unrecovered, damage to public property, etc.) regardless of the length of the day of the application. The air-conditioning card is available at the mail centre, and is available for refunds if the person is not in use; the accommodation is free of cleaning costs and is self-sustaining.
((vi) Payment instructions:
1.The summer application is for class, and the student is requested to assist in the receipt of applications and fees, complete the school registration and be reviewed by the respective departments, and to collect the fees for the group by group.15 May 2000 (v)The original application and the complete payment of the student's personal application are registered by 1600 with the general register of the cashier's stamp. 4. The entire district of the summer dormitories will be undergoing electrical and hydraulic repairs (already announced) and cleaning companies will perform the general cleaning. If you cannot accept this, do not apply for summer accommodation.
V. Requests for summer leave for special reasons, please 626 (v)The student hostel service centre is the front door for the application, the boarding house must be closed to 1 point and the application is not refunded (refunds include accommodation and a deposit).

(1) Dormitories Open for Summer Housing:
- Male Students: A3 Dormitory · Female Students: F Dormitory
(2) Application and Payment Period: From April 27, 115 (Mon.) to May 15, 115 (Fri.) at 16:00.
(3) Announcement of Summer Housing Bed Assignments: May 26, 115 (Tue.)
(4) Summer Housing Period:
From June 28, 115 (Sun.) to August 26, 115 (Wed.), totaling 60 days.
Students must check out of summer housing before 10:00 AM on August 26.After returning to their assigned beds for the following semester, students may continue staying in the dormitory until the official move-in date of the new semester (approximately 10 additional days).
Total duration: 70 days.(5) Fee Calculation: Housing fees are calculated at NT$64 per person per day(NT$7,955 semester fee excluding cleaning fee ÷ 124 days).
Regardless of the number of days applied, all applicants must pay:
- NT$4,480 (for 70 days) · Deposit: NT$500 (including NT$120 for key, NT$300 for cleaning restoration, and potential public property damage)Total: NT$4,980
- Air-conditioning cards must be purchased separately at the Mail Center. Unused balance may be refunded upon application.
- Cleaning fees are not included; students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.

After approval, class representatives must make a group payment at the Cashier Section.Before May 15, 115 (Fri.) at 16:00, submit:
