The first student application for a study abroad in the year 112 will be accepted on November 1, 111.

I. Duration of application: 1 November (ii) to 25 November (v)It is not admissible.

II. Qualifications for applications:January-June 112Abroad.The project is based on the following projects: The application must be made only if:

• The team must have at least 5 students or 2 students from the university department.
• The study should last at least seven days.
• A document has been prepared to obtain permission to go to schools, institutions or enterprises abroad.
• Note:
  1. The students of this school are limited to one grant during their school year.The application may not be repeated.
  2. The same study project or application for support in the same country.You can't repeat your request for assistance to the rest of the school.。
  3. The program is approved for the study of the grant, and if the project is completed, the person who graduated from the university and who is not qualified as a student at the school will not receive the grant.

3. Application procedure and schedule: the unit (team) should prepare two copies of each of the following documents for transfer to the International Affairs Office after the initial trial.

(1) Application form。

(2) A study project abroad.。

(3) Applying for a student supplement。

(4) A student's parent or guardian agrees.。

(5) Interviewed units agree to a copy of the document。

(vi) Note that students must not file any separate applications, but that the application must be submitted by the applicant unit (team) and then the application is first passed by the author, who is the author of the application, in a written form.
                         It is also a matter for the International Affairs Office to report to the International Affairs Section of the University for review.

VI. Considering the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, the exit plan requires a careful assessment, and if the approved subsidy is not implemented as planned, the change will be made after the signature of the original approval before the departure.

Student Group Go Abroad Subsidy

I. Who can apply ：
    Student group with YunTech academic status, which group consists of at least 5 undergraduate students
    or at least 2 graduate students.
    
II. Apply Date： November 1-25, 2022 (go abroad next January to June)

III. About the Grant：
       1. The total amount of subsidy for each person is up to NT$10,000, but for each group is limited to NT$100,000 at most.
       2. Grant Items(grantees have to pay by themselves in advance)：
          include air tickets, material costs, registration fees, administrative fees or insurance fees.
       3. Although the application case complies with the relevant regulations, the subsidy may not be granted due to insufficient funds.

IV. Apply Procedure： 
      1.Applicants (by group) should prepare two copies of each of the following documents, and send them to the
         Office of International Affairs (OIA) after passed the preliminary review by their department
         (signed by the applicant, advisor, department staff and supervisor of the department).
        (1) Application Form
        (2) Proposal
        (3) Student List
        (4) Consent form of student's parent or guardian
        (5) A photocopy of the agree letter of the interviewed unit
      2. After deliberation by the Committee, OIA will notify the Department to inform the application team.
      3. Grantee must apply for official business leave for going abroad on the Student Leave Application Online System
          (in YunTech SSO) in advance. Students participating in various activities on weekdays or holidays (including summer
          and winter vacation) for an official purpose, with no courses scheduled at YunTech during the leave, are still required to
          log into the Student Leave Application Online System to apply for leave.

V. Notice
1. With extra funding from else institution (outside school) is allowed, but not inside school.

2. Every student can be granted only once during his/her school system period.

3. After the subsidy is approved, those who have not gone abroad or any change (time, place, etc.) for some reasons have to inform the OIA contact person.
